Warner Bros. CEO David Zaslav introduced in an investor name in Could that “Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum” can be launched in 2026 and “discover storylines but to be informed,” Selection reported.
Andy Serkis, who performed Gollum in “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy, will reprise his position and likewise direct the brand new movie. Presumably, the film will likely be a prequel as Gollum died on the finish of 2003’s “The Return of the King.”
